These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Practly mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Practly is designed to provide dedicated HSSC aspirants with structured multiple-choice question (MCQ) practice and educational content.

By downloading, accessing, or using Practly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Account Registration and Security

  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or password with any third party. Practly is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

2. Use of the Platform

Practly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

  • Expected Conduct: You agree to use the Platform respectfully and in accordance with all applicable laws.
  • Prohibited Activities: You strictly agree NOT to:
    • Copy, scrape, record, reproduce, or distribute any MCQs, explanations, or study materials from the Platform.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the app’s functionality or servers.
    • Use automated scripts, bots, or data-mining tools on the Platform.
    • Sell, rent, or lease your account or access to the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to explanations, text, graphics, images, logos, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of Practly and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights to our content.

4. Educational Disclaimer

  • No Guarantee of Results: Practly is a practice and preparation tool. While our content is designed around the HSSC syllabus and examination patterns, we do not guarantee success, selection, or any specific rank in any competitive examination.
  • Accuracy of Content: We strive to ensure the accuracy of our questions and explanations. However, educational content may occasionally contain errors or omissions. Practly is not liable for any discrepancies, and users are encouraged to cross-reference with official HSSC notifications and materials. If users spot any inaccurate MCQs or content, they are encouraged to report them so our team can review and revise the material promptly.

5. Termination or Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practly, its founder(s), and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or study time, arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to the Terms

Practly reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or via in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhiwani, Haryana, India.
